道路结冰黄色预警

预计，25日夜间海淀区将出现降雪天气，因地表温度低于0℃，25日夜间至26日大部分地区易形成道路结冰，请注意交通安全。
今天夜间到明天白天北京地区将有小到中雪天气，部分山区雪量较大。
具体来看，降雪预计从今天19时左右自西部山区开始向东影响北京，22时前后影响城区，后半夜为降雪最明显时段，26日白天仍有小雪或零星小雪。
气象部门提醒，降雪将导致道路湿滑、能见度下降，部分路段出现积雪结冰，对交通出行、尤其是明天早高峰有一定影响，驾车注意减速慢行，外出注意防滑。

从预报来看，明后两天强冷空气南下，北风起，气温骤降。预计26日白天至27日傍晚将有3、4级偏北风， 阵风7级左右，山区阵风可达8级以上。同时，26日至28日将出现寒潮天气，最低气温降幅9℃左右，27日和28日白天最高气温将跌至-2℃左右，夜间最低气温降至-12℃左右。市气象台已发布大风蓝色和寒潮蓝色预警信号。

需要注意的是，北风加大，风寒效应显著，外出注意防风防寒，远离广告牌等临时搭建物。此次过程低温持续时间长，呼吸道和心脑血管疾病风险增高，请注意添衣保暖，做好健康防护。
