“学”字诀：学懂弄通党的创新理论
高标准、严要求推进理论中心组“示范班”，把党的创新理论、习近平法治思想等必学内容搬进警营里、阵地上的学习园地。
“行”字诀：让知行合一成为自觉
致敬上海光荣之城的红色资源，全体党员和广大民警见学申城红色展馆、纪念馆、博物馆，大家分享所见所闻和学习感悟，把行走的党课开到思想心田。
“领”字诀：监狱党委引领理论武装
“关键少数”充分发挥示范引领作用，2024年中心组开展12次理论学习、13次专题研讨的同时，还推进40多项涉及监狱工作高质量发展的学习调研课题走深走实，当好理论学习和实践转化“火车头”，营造全警共学深学的浓厚氛围。

每月向各支部编印发送《政治教导任务清单》，系统整理《习近平法治思想》学习礼包、《党的二十届三中全会 <决定> 学习辅导百问》电子书等400多册资料，打造“知识快递”传递到每名党员、民警的办公终端，助力 准确领会、吸收消化，让党的理论 入脑入心 。
搭建“学习厨房”
各支部搭建“学习厨房”，支部书记化身“厨师长”，带头上党课，烹饪理论“真味”；重温入党誓词，感受初心“原味”；打卡红色足迹，添加文化“深味”；运用定期学思践悟交流机制，确保学习“厚味”，努力让“真理的味道有点甜”。
