6月12日，四川省合江县人民法院、四川省合江县文化广播电视和旅游局、贵州省赤水市人民法院、贵州省赤水市文化旅游局齐聚赤水河边，共签《关于非物质文化遗产保护司法协作框架协议》，并举办了“非物质文化遗产司法协同保护联络点”的揭牌仪式。
当天，合江县人民法院、赤水市人民法院等单位走进先市酱油赤水庄园、赤水竹编非遗体验中心，在非遗传承人的带领和讲解下，深入了解了两地非遗文化。同时，两地法院干警还向非遗传承人、手艺工人等开展了“司法护非遗”普法活动，结合相关法律法规答疑解惑，为进一步落实跨区域非遗司法保护奠定了法治基础。

山东省商河县人民法院干警积极拓展司法服务职能，组织法官团队走进非遗手工秤制作工坊、非遗工坊“泉城五彩”（安琦布业），结合审判实践，开展“法治体检”，为非遗传承人详细讲解知识产权保护、商业秘密防范等法律知识，通过精准高效的司法服务，为非遗技艺传承筑牢法治屏障，让传统技艺在法治呵护下焕发新生机。

在“文化和自然遗产日”来临之际，浙江省长兴县人民法院走进大唐贡茶院，开展“法护非遗”普法宣传活动。
在贡茶院的茶坊内，非遗传承人王师傅向法官及游客展示紫笋茶的制作过程，鲜叶在他手中经历 “七经目制茶法” 的神奇蜕变。随后，法官走上前向大家介绍非遗保护的相关内容，“非遗传承是中华民族的文化根脉。根据法律规定，任何侵占、破坏非遗实物场所的行为都需承担法律责任。”“原来炒茶锅里的匠心，也有法治铠甲！”游客感慨道。

6月12日，四川省泸州市江阳区人民法院在分水油纸伞博物馆挂牌成立“国家级非物质文化遗产泸州法院司法保护基地（分水油纸伞制作技艺）”，重点聚焦知识产权司法保护，助力非遗品牌塑造和传承发展。
江阳区法院干警走进制伞地，实地深入调研分水油纸伞在知识产权领域非遗保护情况，并与非遗传承人开展交流，结合油纸伞制作技艺特点，围绕商标权、著作权等知识产权内容，就如何更好进行知识产权保护进行探讨。

6月11日，四川省叙永县人民法院在叙永县两河“吊洞砂锅”博物馆挂牌成立“泸法麒麟·非物质文化遗产司法保护基地”，并联合县文旅局、县市场监管局签署《加强非物质文化遗产司法与行政协同保护框架协议》，建立品牌保护、侵权打击、权益保障等常态化协作机制。
“有了司法保护，我们心里更踏实了！”吊洞砂锅非遗传承人龚开贵激动地说。活动现场，法官以砂锅为例，为全县70余名非遗传承人生动讲解非遗保护相关法律知识，送上“法治锦囊”，并现场解答传承人关于商标注册、专利保护等实际问题。

6月10日，黑龙江省齐齐哈尔梅里斯达斡尔族区第三十八届“库木勒”节在哈拉新村的草原上盛大开幕。达斡尔族“库木勒”节作为省级非物质文化遗产，承载着深厚的民族文化底蕴。
在“库木勒”节举办期间，齐齐哈尔市梅里斯达斡尔族区人民法院积极行动，组建了一支“达汉”双语小分队。这支小分队深入活动现场与周边村落，运用达斡尔族民族语言和当地方言，向民众宣讲非物质文化遗产法等相关法律法规，让法律知识以亲切易懂的方式走进百姓生活。
