一年一度开元旅业集团年度总结表彰大会圆满结束。旗下自持酒店、文旅发展集团、森泊公司总结会议也相继开展。
1月20日下午，开元旅业集团2024年度总结表彰大会在杭州开元名都大酒店召开，集团创始人陈妙林、集团董事长金文杰、集团常务副总裁兼酒店事业部总裁金杭甬、集团副总裁兼文旅发展集团董事长朱再忠、集团党委书记兼工会主席丰琳等集团高层领导及各职能部门负责人，酒店、文旅发展集团、森泊公司等各产业单位的企业总经理和产业各职能部门负责人近150人出席了会议。

今年的年会分为三大环节，分别为开元旅业集团总结大会环节、先进集体与先进个人表彰环节、“脑洞大开·创变未来”论坛环节。

开元旅业集团总结大会
会上，集团董事长兼总裁金文杰做了《开元旅业集团2024年度工作报告》。报告主要分为二个部分，第一部分是对集团2024年度工作回顾，第二部分是集团2025年度重点工作展望。报告中提到，2024年集团稳健发展，表现优于全国平均水平，集团连续16年入列“中国旅游集团20强”。2025集团将持续巩固基本盘、合理布局新赛道，不断提升自身核心竞争力，在经济转型的时代浪潮中实现平稳健康发展。

创始人陈妙林提出各项目要及时进行市场调整，全服务酒店做好餐饮规划、积极提升坪效，提升酒店口碑、做好营销；2025年的目标是生存发展、效益优先。
