据海淀区气象台发布4月13日14时天气快报：
天气实况：最近1小时（13日13-14时）全市大部分地区阵风7～9级，局地阵风10级以上，最大阵风风速出现在延庆二海陀37.0米/秒(13级)，平原地区阵风最大为昌平大辛峰23.6米/秒（9级）；海淀区最近1小时（13日13-14时）大部分地区出现6、7级阵风，最大阵风出现在北安河23.2米/秒（9级，13日13时57分）。
天气预报：当前至傍晚为风力明显时段，平均风5、6级，阵风9～10级，山区局地可达11级以上，夜间风力明显减弱，明天白天平均风4级左右，阵风7、8级。目前海淀区苏家坨、温泉、香山、四季青大风橙色预警中，其它街镇大风黄色预警中，全区森林火险红色预警中，请注意防范。
此外，海淀区森林防火指挥部与区气象局继续发布森林火险红色预警信号：4月14日0时至4月14日24时全区森林火险等级保持为红色。受大风天气及杨柳飞絮高发期叠加影响，海淀区森林火险等级已达到极度危险级别，严禁携带火种进入林区，严禁一切野外用火。一旦发现森林火情，请及时拨打电话12119或119。
