7 月 24 日，武昌江滩月亮湾广场旌旗猎猎，数百名身着统一制服的保安员列阵而立。在全国第五个 "保安行业主题宣传日" 当天，以 "党建引领促发展，凝心聚力谱新篇" 为主题的 2025 年武汉市 "7・24" 保安行业主题宣传活动在此隆重举行。

"文明执勤、礼貌服务，凝心聚力，促进发展，为平安武汉贡献力量！" 上午9时许，铿锵有力的宣誓声回荡在江畔。数百名保安员在国旗下庄严宣誓。

武汉市保安行业协会会长肖军在致辞中深情回顾了武汉保安行业 39 年的发展历程，他同时也期望保安队伍要以专业筑牢根基，加强技能培训；以创新开拓未来，拥抱智能化手段；以诚信赢得信赖，坚守职业操守。

活动现场举行了授旗和颁奖仪式。市公安局治安管理支队相关负责人为武汉保安行业 "江城义警" 组织代表 —— 同宁义警授旗。10 名优秀的保安员现场受奖，他们中有扎根社区守护一方平安的 "平安卫士"，有在重大安保任务中冲锋在前的 "冲锋先锋"，还有见义勇为的 "平凡英雄"。

技能展示环节更是精彩纷呈：整齐划一的队列表演， "人犬协同" 的专业配合，刚劲有力的擒敌拳术，快速反应的应急演练......

最后，"江城义警" 拉动演练将活动推向高潮。义警代表在处置模拟突发事件时，从快速集结到科学分工，全程高效流畅，赢得阵阵掌声。

据悉，武汉保安行业从 1986 年仅有数十人的队伍，发展至今已拥有 358 家注册保安服务公司、7.7 万名在册保安员的专业力量，服务场景也从传统值守延伸至智慧安防、大型活动保障等多元领域。

2024 年，武汉保安行业深度参与 "江城义警"" 警保联动 "机制，协助公安机关化解矛盾纠纷 2470 余起，开展社区治安巡逻 20 余万次，为客户单位挽回经济损失 1.4 亿余元，用实际行动诠释了" 平安守护者 " 的担当，成为平安武汉建设中不可或缺的重要力量。
