为贯彻落实《“美丽中国，我是行动者”提升公民生态文明意识行动计划（2021-2025）》，深入推进青少年生态文明教育工作，生态环境部宣传教育中心、中国儿童中心和深圳市华基金生态环保基金会自2018年起，连续七年共同组织开展了全国青少年自然笔记征集活动，累计3000多家机构参加，征集近20万余幅作品，并将评选的优秀作品在官方渠道推广或正式出版。
为广泛传播生态价值理念，引导和鼓励青少年走进自然、热爱自然、向自然学习，现按省份分九批展示2024年青少年自然笔记征集活动的146幅优秀作品。
