龙邦边境派出所开展边境巡逻时
在辖区某界碑巡逻路
查获1辆无牌三轮车和1名司机覃某
车上装有形似“热水瓶”的粉色罐体

当民警询问覃某
这些物品为何物时
覃某谎称这些都是“煤气罐”
但细心的民警发现
罐体颜色粉红
有防护带
且整个罐体无任何文字标识
与煤气罐特征极为不符
且该批罐体无任何合法有效手续
民警遂依法对司机覃某进行传唤调查
将不明罐体转运至派出所作清点鉴定

经查
该批不明罐体共有80罐
均为“笑气”！
覃某供述其受上家指使
将“笑气”运往边境走私
警方迅速行动将其上家抓获
另查获“笑气”112瓶

因非法运输危险化学品
被依法行政拘留
192罐“笑气”被依法查扣
