入夏以来，我市持续高温，广大快递员顶烈日、战酷暑，穿梭于城市街巷，用辛勤汗水保障民生供应。特别是女快递员群体，她们以柔弱之肩扛起双重责任，既要完成繁重的配送任务，又要兼顾家庭照料，用实际行动诠释了新时代女性的坚韧品格与责任担当。
为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于关爱快递员群体重要指示精神，切实保障女快递员合法权益，7月15日，市妇联联合市妇女儿童发展基金会、市邮政管理局、市总工会等七部门共同启动“关爱快递员·夏季送清凉”专项慰问行动。市邮政管理局王东、庞冠新、周军等班子成员，市总工会副主席密松，市妇联二级巡视员苑向者带队深入一线，为坚守岗位的快递员送去防暑物资和暖心关怀。

在此次慰问活动中，天津大力水手供应链管理有限公司展现出强烈的社会责任感，特意为此次活动捐赠矿泉水1000箱，专门用于慰问女快递员。这一善举如同一股清泉，为在酷暑中坚守岗位的女快递员们带来了丝丝凉意与温暖关怀，彰显了企业对女快递员群体的重视与支持。

活动当天，慰问组一行先后前往邮政丁字沽支局、中通河北分部、顺丰分拨中心等邮政快递网点。在现场，慰问组与全国劳模万海波和杨丽等5名天津市劳模亲切交流。市妇联作为妇女姐妹的娘家人，尤为关注女快递员的工作与生活状况，苑向者详细了解了她们日常的工作强度、夏季的防暑措施以及生活中的实际需求；并对她们在高温天气下坚守岗位、默默奉献的精神表达了诚挚的感谢和崇高的敬意。
