第八期：做好幼小衔接的四个法宝

伴随着《学前教育法》的颁布，科学进行幼小衔接这一主题又一次引起幼教专业人员和家长们的重视，如何科学做好幼小衔接，改进学龄前儿童家长对幼小衔接的片面理解，需要从认知纠偏、科学引导和多方协作入手，帮助家长建立全面、科学的衔接观念。

家长可以从以下四个方面帮助孩子做好幼小衔接:

一、身心准备方面

顾名思义：心理准备与身体准备

心理准备是要建立对小学的向往与期待；身体准备是要具备强健的体魄，培养孩子运动的良好习惯。

二、生活能力方面

生活自理: 让孩子自己穿衣、洗漱、整理书包和玩具等，培养生活自理能力，减少对家长的依赖，增强孩子的独立性和自信。

规律作息: 帮助孩子建立与小学相适应的作息时间，早睡早起，保证充足睡眠。提前适应小学的课间休息时间，让孩子学会合理安排课间活动。

三、社交能力方面

鼓励交往: 多带孩子参加社交活动，鼓励孩子与不同年龄的小朋友交往，学会分享、合作和解决冲突，提高孩子的人际交往能力和适应能力。

培养表达能力: 鼓励孩子表达自己的想法和感受，多与孩子交流，引导孩子清晰地表达自己的需求，提高语言表达能力，以便更好地与老师和同学沟通。

四、学习能力方面

知识储备: 可以通过游戏、阅读等方式，让孩子认识简单汉字、数字，了解一些基础的科学知识和生活常识，为小学学习奠定基础，但要注意避免过度灌输知识。

阅读能力: 每天安排固定的阅读时间，选择适合孩子年龄的绘本、故事书等，培养孩子的阅读兴趣和习惯，提高阅读理解能力。
