党的二十大报告指出，为民造福是立党为公、执政为民的本质要求。这要求人民法院必须始终站稳人民立场、坚持人民至上、践行司法为民，切实维护人民群众合法权益。重庆市忠县人民法院深入践行“如我在诉”意识，不断丰富完善司法便民利民举措，通过开展诉前调解、巡回审判、执行攻坚等举措，把暖民心的“小案”、顺民意的“实事”办好，让人民群众切实感受到公平正义就在身边。
