在维护监狱安全稳定工作中，宝山监狱积极探索创新，高度重视多警联动一体化建设，通过与驻监武警部队、驻地公安、消防等部门的紧密协作，形成了强大合力，为监狱的安全稳定筑牢了坚实防线。
联通共享信息情报

宝山监狱与公安、武警等部门定期召开联席会议，共同会商协调、研究推进一体化建设工作。在外来人员背景审查、反恐情报信息共享、廉政警示教育等方面，监狱与相关部门签订了共建协议，建立健全长效机制，确保信息情报的联通共享。

联合开展隐患排查

每逢重大节日、关键节点，宝山监狱都会联合驻监武警，组织全面的安全排查。从监管、看押的不同视角出发，对执勤设施设备、物防技防手段、监管场所及周边区域的安全能级进行细致审视。同时，监狱还会适时邀请宝山消防救援支队来监开展消防安全检查，严格落实闭环管理，确保隐患排查无死角，合力筑牢安全基础。
共建共防促安全稳定
联动组织应急演练

在组织预案修订的过程中，宝山监狱注重征求联动单位的合理化建议，明确协同配合的处置环节、工作任务和响应效率。监狱动态对接罗南消防中队、驻监武警，开展联合演练，先后组织了应急警力拉动集结、应急疏散、仓库火灾、罪犯急救、外来人员冲击监狱等各类预案演练。
联勤做好监管勤务

在监狱的日常监管勤务工作中，如一大门管控、二大门安检、会见日警戒、罪犯外出押解等环节，宝山监狱建立健全长效协作机制，与联动单位密切配合，构筑起监管安全的“双保险”。

宝山监狱始终将拥军工作作为一项重要的长期性、基础性工作，优先满足、保障驻监武警的执勤需求，改善营区环境和执勤条件。在传统佳节、盛夏酷暑、老兵复退之际，监狱党委委员都会带队开展慰问活动，送上祝福和勉励。
