“三抓三促”铸牢警魂 实战拉练磨砺精兵

——甘肃省公安机关警犬实战团队拉练活动圆满结束

兵不可一日不练，战不可一日不备。

为认真贯彻落实公安部和省厅党委关于提升警犬技术服务实战能力水平的要求，4月14日至18日，厅警犬技术指导处集结全省警犬实战团队40人、犬在定西市开展了实战拉练。此次拉练活动以“理论赋能+技能培训+模拟演练”为主线，助力全体参训人员提升“软实力”、掌握“硬功夫”、练就“真本领”。

理论赋能紧盯警犬技术主责主业，重点围绕警犬现场使用条件、工作流程规范等开展。警犬技术指导处主要负责人结合公安部、省厅制定的相关政策指导文件，就全省警犬工作发展态势、存在问题、研究对策进行深入讲解。参训人员就各自组训方式、战术战法、实战应用等经验做法进行深入讨论，达到了交流见学的目的。

技能培训紧跟警犬现场使用科目，重点开展了追踪、搜捕、搜血、搜毒、搜爆、物证搜索、服从及现场指挥集中强化训练，同时由第六届全国警犬技术比赛甘肃代表队队员进行了科目演示和经验分享。警犬技术指导处专业教官按照实战要求，严抓训练规范性，细扣训练难要点，对警犬各专业科目训练动作要领实操讲解，确保取得了实效。

模拟演练聚焦当前恶性案件特点，重点开展了实战团队使用警犬侦破案件。演练坚持全过程、全要素、全实战，从接出警到现场勘查，再到提取嗅源，再到使用“警犬+无人机”开展山地搜捕，到最终成功抓捕“犯罪嫌疑人”，既练装备，又练指挥，更练协同，综合检验了实战团队能力素质，为今后成功处置侦破各类案事件积累了经验。

下一步，全省各级警犬工作部门将深入贯彻公安部“四新”要求，按照省厅党委部署深入开展“四提工程”，以全盘谋训研训、全面抓训组训、全程精训实训加快发展和形成警犬技术新质战斗力，在现代化甘肃公安实践中展现新担当、再创新佳绩。
