高质量完成省级民生实事项目。将“免费残疾评定和发放困难家庭残疾儿童康复训练生活补助”纳入省级民生实事项目，投入资金347万元惠及15220名残疾人。

创新开展残疾人关爱服务。将4家区域性儿童福利院纳入残疾儿童康复定点机构；实现为全省持证残疾人购买商业保险；首次举办全省性残疾人婚恋活动，81对残疾人牵手成功；完成省首个民用建筑白沙县图书馆无障碍环境认证工作。协调投入850万元扩建“阳光助残就业帮扶车间”，提供100个就业岗位，持续赋能乡村振兴。

开展助残日系列活动。联合相关部门开展对30名因公致残干警、见义勇为致残人员慰问等“七个一”（一系列慰问、一场义卖、一堂座谈、一场招聘、一次科技助残、一堂宣讲、一场汇演）系列活动，传递党和政府的关怀。
